Premium Maps - End User License Agreement

If you choose to subscribe to the entirely optional premium maps, the following additional terms apply:

Definitions

  1. The Developer: Gavin Ayling of the address furnished to Apple, or any natural person or company to whom that power may later be sold.
  2. You/Your: The person who purchased TravelMap Studio from the App Store AND the person using the software's premium features members of the aforementioned person's Apple Family Plan (or whatever the Apple Family Plan may be renamed to), AND any other party who is interacting with this software.
  3. TravelMap Studio: The software downloaded from the App Store (provided on macOS by Apple) developed by The Developer and for which You or a family member have paid.

Terms

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, where applicable, these Terms also apply to TravelMap Companion for iOS.
  2. For the avoidance of doubt, license means licence where that spelling predominates.
  3. Any spelling, typographical, or other errors in these terms should be treated as intended, not as written.
  4. By subscribing to the entirely optional premium maps, You agree not to attempt to circumvent the intention of the software by any method.
  5. Your subscription allows You, for the period covered by your subscription, to use the three premium maps offered in Travel Maps Studio on macOS. It does not grant any other permissions, licenses, products, etc. whether expressly or implicitly implied here or elsewhere.
  6. If You share this app with other members of Your Apple Family Plan (or whatever the Apple Family Plan may be renamed to) all users implicitly agree to these terms by using the premium maps or TravelMap Studio. When sharing this feature with Your family members, You must direct them to these terms. Any failure to do so cannot be held against The Developer.
  7. If You do not subscribe to the premium maps, by using TravelMap Studio, You agree not to attempt to circumvent the subscription model. The model is only in place to protect The Developer from the on-going costs associated with these maps, not to turn a significant profit - therefore, You would be causing The Developer personal harm were You to do that.
  8. The premium maps option is intended to allow You to enjoy different designs and nothing more. If You do not want these designs, the app is designed to be otherwise perfectly functional. If The Developer makes future plans to change the financing structure of TravelMap Studio in the future, The Developer will release a new piece of software and may make accommodations for existing customers. Due to the nature of The Developer's privacy policy, however, The Developer will not know who to make accommodations on behalf of unless You reach out to The Developer in that hypothetical future.
